July 2018. The Supervisory Board of Sif Holding N.V. will nominate
Fred van Beers for appointment as the company's new CEO effective 1
September 2018 at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on
31 August 2018. The Works Council has been informed and requested
to provide advice.
