Delisting of Perstorp shares

Delisting of Perstorp shares will take place July 23, the last day of listing of
shares in Perstorp AB will be Friday, July 20,2001.  Trading in Perstorp shares
on the London Stock Exchange will cease in connection with the delisting from
the Stockholm Exchange.

Sydsvenska Kemi AB, which now owns more than 99% percent of the shares in
Perstorp AB, has claimed redemption of the shareholders' shares in Perstorp AB.
