The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Cadent Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Cadent Gas Limited GBP 315,000,000 5.625 per cent. Green Finance Instruments due 2036 (the "Instruments") issued under its GBP7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Instruments and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 6 December 2023 which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of the United Kingdom ("UK") domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the "EUWA") (the "UK Prospectus Regulation") (the "Prospectus").
