Pricing Supplement dated 23 August
2024 (the "Pricing Supplement") for NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest
Markets") for the CHF 180,000,000 1.445% Notes due August 2029
(ISIN: CH1357852818) (the "Notes")
issued under the £20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of
NatWest Markets (the "Programme").
The Pricing Supplement contains the
final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the
prospectus dated 7 December 2023 and the
supplemental Prospectuses dated 16 February 2024, 18 March 2024, 26
April 2024 and 26 July 2024, relating to
the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitute a base
prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU)
2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of
the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
