Board Change: Appointment of Matthew Boyle as Chief Financial Officer

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider for attractions and venues worldwide, announces the appointment of Matthew Boyle as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as a member of the Board effective today.

Matthew has been with the Company for 5 years and has a deep institutional knowledge of the Group. He is an experienced professional, who prior to accesso, was with BDO UK LLP for 8 years. As announced on 13 August 2024, he was appointed Interim CFO having previously been Vice President Finance.

The Board concluded he was the ideal choice for the position, and I am pleased he is assuming the role on a permanent basis.
