Access Plus PLC announces that it was yesterday informed that Mr T G Brettell,
Chairman and Chief Executive, purchased 7,000 shares in the Company at a price
of 285 pence per share on 6 September 2001.  Mr Brettell is now interested in
3,826,197 shares in the Company, representing approximately 20.34 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
