Bullough plc announces that it has received notification from Montpellier Group 
Plc, that it has acquired 800,000 ordinary shares in Bullough plc. The 
acquisition increases Montpellier Group Plc's holding in Bullough plc shares to 
15,876,318 shares, representing 29.86% of the issued share capital, which stood 
at 53,172,410 shares at 3 December 2001.
