ANNOUNCES TWO NEW LETTINGS AT INGRAM HOUSE, JOHN ADAM STREET, WC2
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that the offices at Ingram House, 13/15
John Adam Street are once again fully let following extensive refurbishment.
The ground floor, extending to 168 sq m (1,805 sq ft) has been let to Spayne
Lindsay and Co. LLP for a term of five years at �54,150 per annum (�322 per sq
m/�30 per sq ft). The lease is subject to a tenant's break option at the end of
the third year of the term and a six month rent free period.
The lower ground and basement floors, extending to 197 sq m (2,120 sq ft) have
been let for a term of five years to Internet Advertising Bureau at �50,212 per
annum equating to �323 per sq m (�30 per sq ft) in respect of the lower ground
floor and �135 per sq m (�12.50 per sq ft) in respect of the basement. The
lease is subject to a break option at the end of the third year. A four month
rent free period was granted. EA Shaw and Nelson Bakewell were joint letting
agents.
