At the Annual General Meeting of CLS Holdings plc, held yesterday, 14 May
1998, at the offices of CLS Holdings in London, Chairman, Sten Mortstedt
commented:

"The London property market is continuing to improve and we are making good
progress.  Our refurbishment projects are going well and opportunities are
continuing to emerge from the existing portfolio.
