Presentation
Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands
company approaching mine development stage at the high-grade
Eastern Minerals Project in Sri Lanka (the "Project"), looks
forward to engaging with potential offtakers and suppliers at the
TZMI Congress, the key mineral sands industry event, in Kuala
Lumpur this week. The Company's COO, Stuart Forrester, will be
giving a presentation on how the Project's very high grades enable
simplicity, lower capex and opex, higher recoveries, and a reduced
environmental footprint.
The key objective for the conference is to
advance discussions on offtake agreements and prepayment
arrangements to contribute to funding for the revised stage 1 capex
plan. The Company intends to provide an update on operations in the
near term, including progress in discussions with a leading global
equipment supplier and engineering firm for the revised stage 1
plan, still targeting a production rate of 0.55 million tonnes per
annum.
