Further re: Annual Report
& Notice of AGM
Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA), today
provides an update further to the
announcement made on 17 April 2024 providing notice of its twelfth
annual general meeting ("AGM") to be held on 14 May 2024 and the
publication and despatch of the Annual Report and Accounts to
shareholders containing notice of the resolutions to be considered
at the AGM (the "Notice").
Following the announcement made on
24 April 2024 regarding the resignation of Xenia Walters as a
Non-Executive Director of Cirata, the Company announces that
resolution 6 of the notice ("Resolution 6") will be amended to
state "That Xenia Walters be
re-elected as a Director of the Company until 24 July
2024".
The amendment of Resolution 6 does
not affect the validity of the Notice or any votes submitted in
respect to the resolutions proposed at the AGM. Accordingly, no new
Notice will be published and the amendment to Resolution 6 will be
effected by a motion to be passed at the AGM.
Arrangements for the AGM remain
unchanged from those previously published. Any shareholder who
wishes to change voting instructions that have already been
submitted, may do so by submitting new voting instructions by using
any of the methods set out in the notes to the Notice.
