EcoSecurities, one of the world's leading originators of projects which have the
potential to generate Carbon Credits, today announces the commencement of
dealings in its ordinary share capital on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange.  Unconditional dealings in its ordinary shares
commenced at 8.00am today.  Hoare Govett Limited is acting as Nominated Adviser,
financial adviser and broker to the Company.  ABN AMRO Rothschild acted as
bookrunner, lead manager and underwriter to the Company.
