With reference to the obligation imposed on the Company by Rule 17 of the AIM
Rules in relation to substantial shareholdings, notice is hereby give that on
1 March 2007, MSM Capital Partners LLC transferred the legal and beneficial 
interest in its entire shareholding of 14,172,628 ordinary shares of Euro0.0025
each in the Company's issued share capital ("Ordinary Shares")(representing 
15.5 per cent of the Company's entire issued share capital) for no consideration
to the following recipients in the proportions indicated:

1. 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares to The Betsy and Jesse Fink Foundation
   (representing 5.47% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital)
2. 4,227,099 Ordinary Shares to Jesse Fink (representing 4.62 per cent. of the
   Company's issued share capital)
3. 3,126,336 Ordinary Shares to Mark Schwartz (representing 3.42 per cent. of 
   the Company's issued share capital)
4. 1,708,041 Ordinary Shares to Mark Cirilli (representing 1.87 per cent. of the
   Company's issued share capital)
5. 111,152 Ordinary Shares to Ramsay Ravenel (representing 0.12 per cent. of the 
   Company's issued share capital)

Jesse Fink, a director of the Company, is also Managing Partner of MSM Capital
Partners LLC and a trustee of The Betsy and Jesse and Jesse Fink Foundation.
