Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 60,343 new ordinary
shares of Euro0.0025 each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, where
they will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.

These shares are being issued as part consideration for the acquisition of the
assets of Trexler Climate & Energy Services, Inc.

Following admission the Company will have 92,877,783 ordinary shares of Euro0.0025
each in issue.
