                           Director/PDMR shareholding


EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 21 May 2007 that Bruce M. Usher,
CEO and Executive Director for the Company, transferred the  registered
ownership of all his Company shares to Goldman Sachs Nominees Limited, who are
holding them on his behalf.  Following this transfer, in respect of which no
consideration was paid, Mr. Usher retains an unchanged interest in 4,400,000
ordinary shares with a par value of 0.25 cents (Euro) each, representing 4.71%
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
