("Fever-Tree" or the "Company")
Block Admission Application
The Company announces that a block admission application has
been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 100,000
ordinary shares of 0.25p each in connection with the Company's
employee Savings Related Share Option Scheme .
The Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 23 January
2024.
