The Board of Infinity Energy notes the sharp increase in the Company's share 
price today. 
 
The Board is in discussions about the possible acquisition of 50% interests in 
9 UK PEDL licenses located in South Wales that are currently owned by Eden 
Energy Limited in Australia.  There can be no guarantee that such acquisition 
will proceed. 
 
The Company has requested that dealings in its shares be suspended from trading 
on AIM with immediate effect, and a further announcement will be made in due 
course.
