GIROVEND DIRECTOR GIFTS SHARES TO CAMBRIDGE COLLEGE

Matthew Allen, a non-executive director of GiroVend Cashless Systems PLC has
today made a gift of 10,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to St
Catharine's College, Cambridge.

Following this gift, Matthew Allen retains a share holding of 714,480 ordinary
shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing 5.24% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the company.
