CHANGE IN DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Greencore announces that Non-Executive Director, Ms. Helen Rose has been appointed Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair designate of WH Smith plc with effect from 1 July 2024. Upon appointment to WH Smith plc, Helen will become a member of the Audit, ESG, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
