Bion Shares Fall on Delayed Audit of 2020 Results

Shares in Bion PLC fell Monday after the company said its audit
of 2020 results has been delayed because of Malaysia's Covid-19
movement-control order.
The Malaysian environmental engineering and renewable energy
company said its finance team and auditors haven't been able to
enter the office premises, which provides limited access to its
accounting systems and supporting documents.
The company didn't say when it expects to its audit results to
be published.
Shares at 0728 GMT were down 1.10 pence, or 35%, at 2.00
pence.
