Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the developer and provider of advanced
surface coating technology, announces that it has been notified
that on 3 August 2020, Philip Kirkham (CEO) and Robert Goddard
(Chairman) bought 20,000 and 37,000 ordinary shares respectively of
4.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
each at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Sale, Mr Kirkham has a beneficial interest in
101,490 Ordinary Shares and Mr Goddard has a beneficial interest in
406,807 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% and 0.8%
of the issued share capital of the Company respectively.
