Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Block Listing of
1,300,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

1,075,000 of these shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 1991
Executive Share Option Scheme and 225,000 of these shares will be issued
pursuant to the Company's 1995 SAYE Share Option Scheme.
