Historic Distribution
Classification
As previously announced, the Company
declared and paid distributions of two pence per Ordinary Share
each in relation to the periods 1 May 2023 to 31 July 2023 and 1
August 2023 to 31 October 2023. Any such distributions to
Shareholders may take the form of either a dividend distribution or
an interest distribution for UK tax purposes under the
interest streaming regime applicable to investment trusts. Of these
distributions declared, the table below sets out the proportionate
split allocated:
