Completion of Share
Buy-Back
Helios, the investment
vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's,
announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback
programme announced on 19 June 2024 (the "Programme"), the Company
today purchased 2,466,666 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary
Shares") each at 150p per share through Deutsche Numis ("Numis").
This completes the Programme.
The repurchased shares will be held
by the Company in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement
of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
78,110,302 of which 5,667,335 of its Ordinary Shares are
held in treasury, which attract no voting rights. Therefore, the
total voting rights in the Company will
be 72,442,947. This figure for the total number of voting
rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article
5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is
part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2018, the table below contains detailed information of the
individual trades made by Numis as part of the Share Buyback
Programme.
