                Issue of New Ordinary Shares


The Company announces that it has applied for 300,000 new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These
shares were issued following the exercise of options
pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.

Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
at 8.30a.m. on Friday 31 July.
