International Greetings announces that, subject to approval by shareholders at
the Annual General Meeting of the Company, the proposed final dividend of 5
pence per share for the year ended 31 March 2004 will be paid on 17 September
2004 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 August 2004.
