("International Greetings" or the "Company")

In response to institutional demand, the following directors of the Company
(the "Directors"), and their connected parties, have sold (the "Disposal"), at
625p per share, a proportion of their holdings of ordinary shares of 5p each
("Ordinary Shares"), as set out below.

Nick Fisher, Joint Chief Executive, commented: "We are delighted to have added
further high quality institutions to broaden our shareholder base.  This is a
major step towards increasing the free float in our stock and positions the
Company for the next phase in its corporate development."

Following the Disposal, the Directors (plus John Elfed Jones, the Chairman of
the Company), and their connected persons, hold a total of 10,700,330 Ordinary
Shares, representing 79.0% per cent of the current issued ordinary share
capital of the Company. The Directors have no current intention to sell any
further Ordinary Shares over the next 12 months.
