NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER

Kimberley Diamond Co NL has received a form 604 in accordance with the
provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 as follows.

Gem Diamonds Limited and Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd (Gem Group), as at 29
November 2007, increased its holding in the Company to 382,030,272 shares being
89.04% of the issued capital of the Company.
