    Results of Annual General Meeting

    Wednesday 17 September 2008 - Medical Marketing International Group plc ("MMI" or the "Company") (AIM:MMG), the life sciences company
focused on the development of drugs for cancer, confirms that at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today resolutions 1 to 6,
being ordinary resolutions, were passed.  In respect of resolutions 7-10, being special resolutions, the results of a poll on these
resolutions and the Annual General Meeting were adjourned to 10.30am on Wednesday 17 December 2008 at the offices of J.M. Finn & Co, 4
Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5TA.

    As part of general cost efficiency, the Company also announces that Rob Sprawson, Chief Financial Officer, has, in agreement with
Eversecretary Limited, replaced Eversecretary Limited as the Company Secretary with immediate effect. Eversheds LLP remain the Company's
principal legal advisers.
