Increased Holdings in the
Company
Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), an
international oil and gas exploration and production company
focused on its Pine Mills producing asset in Texas, USA,
has received notification
from Bono Energy Group Ltd ("Bono"), has
increased its shareholding to 157,750,000 shares (3.38%) as of 12
December 2024 from 87,750,000 as of 25 January
2024.
Paul Welch, Nostra Terra's Chief Executive Officer,
said:
"I
want to thank the team at Bono Energy for supporting NTOG by almost
doubling their shareholding in NTOG throughout
2024."
