    ("Orpak" or "the Company")

    Orpak wins $5.5m order from Shell in Turkey

    Orpak Systems Ltd, the leading provider of card-free secure fuel payment systems based on vehicle identification and end-to-end
solutions for the automation of fuel stations, announces that its (60% owned) subsidiary, Turpak, has won a new contract from Shell Turkey
to supply them with 1100 tank automation and 400 pump automation systems.

    Under the terms of the agreement, Turpak will be paid $18m of which $5.5m will be retained and recognized as revenues by Orpak and the
remainder will be paid to sub-contractors for fulfilling the parts of the contract which are not Orpak's competence such as construction.
The project is expected to be completed during 2009.

    In Turkey, Orpak has been working with Shell since 1994 and has also been working for other major oil companies such as BP and TOTAL.
More recently, in November 2008, the Company announced that it was chosen by LUKoil to equip its network of stations with tank automation,
site automation, and C-store management system.

    In total, Orpak's existing installed base of stations in Turkey currently stands at 4,262. In addition, 433,000 vehicles are equipped
with Orpak's FuelOmat vehicle identification systems and 16,000 fiscalised terminals using Orpak's solutions were in use in Turkey prior to
these orders.
