Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 4 March 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 107,668 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,524.02 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 50,990,639 ordinary shares held in treasury and 126,117,319 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
