2024, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited ("Henry Spain"), a
person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive
Director and Chairman of the Company, transferred out
28,378 shares of 10p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.41 per Ordinary Share due to
adjustments in individual client portfolios.
Therefore, the notifiable interest
of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has decreased to 36,143,204 Ordinary Shares, representing
24.5% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
