The Company confirms that the Annual
Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023
("2023 Annual Report") have
today been posted, or otherwise made available, to the Company's
shareholders.

In accordance with LR 14.3.6 and DTR
6.3.5(1A), a copy of the 2023 Annual Report will today be submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism in unedited full text and will
shortly be available for inspection

As detailed in the 2023 Annual
Report, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("Meeting") will take place at 2.00 p.m.
on Monday 24 June 2024 at The Bowdon

2TQ. The Notice of Meeting will be published and distributed to the
Company's shareholders in due course.
