The Company announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Ross Paterson, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of Bytes Technology Group plc as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee from 1 June 2024.
