Actuate and BIRT Help Persolvo Data Systems Streamline Settlement Process

announced that Persolvo Data Systems, the leading aggregator of
account information of debtors enrolled in debt settlement
programs, is deploying Actuate and BIRT in its web-based settlement
application. The Persolvo application called CONCERTO 3.0, with
Actuate and BIRT, is used to automate debt settlement for
creditors, debt buyers, collection agencies and settlement
companies.
This efficient online clearinghouse of debt settlement accounts
lets collectors process many times the typical number of
settlements each month, lowering costs and increasing recoveries.
The scalability and streamlining capabilities for the debt
settlement process is achieved by using Actuate and BIRT, which
allow CONCERTO 3.0 to meet differing information delivery
requirements from Persolvo’s clients. These capabilities help
CONCERTO 3.0 users locate debtors in debt settlement programs,
analyze their trust account savings balances to uncover
highly-liquid settlement opportunities, and settle large numbers of
accounts online.

Persolvo currently aggregates approximately $5 Billion of
unsecured consumer debt from over 400 of the largest debt
settlement companies. Creditors, collectors and debt buyers who
utilize the Persolvo system simply upload collection files into the
Persolvo system to locate matching accounts enrolled with
Persolvo’s Debt Settlement clients. Once a match is made, the
Actuate and BIRT based outputs support the development of and
visibility into settlement strategies and offers.
