Charles River Associates (CRA) Strengthens its Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice in Canada

Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI), a worldwide leader in
providing economic, financial, and management consulting services,
today announced that Dr. Renée Duplantis will join the firm as a
vice president and leader of CRA’s Canadian Competition team. Dr.
Duplantis will be based in the company’s Toronto office.
“Dr. Duplantis has more than 20 years of experience in dealing
with complex competition matters in Canada, the United States, and
Europe, and we are proud to welcome her to the CRA team,” said CRA

she is a recognized thought leader with experience testifying in

Dr. Duplantis specializes in the empirical analysis of
competition issues with a primary focus on quantifying the
competitive effects of mergers. Prior to joining CRA, she led the
Canadian competition practice of an international consulting firm.
She was previously the chief economist at the Canadian Competition
Bureau. Dr. Duplantis has a PhD in economics from Northeastern
University, an MA in economics from Duke University, and a BBA in
economics from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
