Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share to shareholders of record on December 1, 2020, payable on December 15, 2020.

This is the fourth quarterly dividend for 2020, totaling $0.36 per share payout year to date.
