New Executives Strengthen Company's Existing Management Team

products, recently appointed several key management positions,
including Jean Nelson as Chief Financial Officer, Allan Greenberg
as Vice President of Sales, Thomas Hutchison as Vice President of
Engineering and Joseph Millington as Vice President of Human

Nelson has 25 years' experience in finance with expertise in

positions ranging from Fortune 100 companies to mid-size technology
firms. Her contribution at numerous companies has included
successful financial leadership during challenging,
transformational periods. Nelson has joined Plug Power from Virbac
Corporation, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. Prior to joining Plug Power, Greenberg has more
than 20 years of global sales, marketing and business development
experience, most recently specializing in start-ups and turnaround
companies. He also has considerable experience guiding sales,
marketing and business development operations for established
mission critical solution providers such as Compaq and Nortel.
Hutchison spent nearly 30 years working for Ford Motor Company in a
number of leadership and engineering positions, including Director
of European Operations and Chief Engineer, among others. Plug Power
expects that his global experience and specialization in leveraging

and overall corporate culture. Millington has more than 20 years'
experience in human resources and organizational development,
