On January 22, 2025, Mark Cleobury informed Rail Vision Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, which is expected to be effective in February 2025. Mr. Cleobury stated that his resignation is due to personal reasons and not due to any disagreements or dispute with the Company.
