VivoPower International PLC (NASDAQ: VVPR, “VivoPower” or the “Company”) today announced the resignation of Ms. Gemma Godfrey, Independent Director of VivoPower International PLC. Ms. Godfrey has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of VivoPower, effective from June 13, 2024. However, Ms. Godfrey will remain involved in VivoPower by becoming a member of its Advisory Council on the same date, where she will continue to provide her invaluable input to the Company’s leadership team.
