AGCO, Your Agriculture Company (NYSE: AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today that the Board of Directors Network (BDN) has named Debra E. Kuper, AGCO Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, as a 2011 inductee to the Executive Leadership Honor Roll. Ms. Kuper will be honored tonight at a BDN dinner event for her leadership role within AGCO. “We are very pleased and proud that the leadership achievements and commitment of Ms. Kuper are recognized and honored,” said Martin Richenhagen, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AGCO.

The BDN defines an honor roll honoree “as a Georgia based woman in a significant leadership role within her organization. She is a role model of career achievement and is building the credentials that place her in the pipeline for corporate board membership.” BDN’s mission is to increase the number of women in executive leadership. Each year the organization honors three exceptional Georgia based women who are role models within their corporation, organization or governmental service. They have to be highly professional, lead on an executive level and mentor other women to rise to their potential.

Debra Kuper was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2008. She is responsible for all of the Company’s legal matters, including litigation, regulatory and securities filings, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate records. She supervises all of the Company’s 25 in-house attorneys, of whom 15 are women. She was the first female executive on AGCO’s senior management team and the first female in the boardroom in her role as the Corporate Secretary. She is the co-executive sponsor of the newly formed AGCO Global Women’s Network, a business advisory group committed to developing, promoting, and advocating leadership of women within AGCO.

Kuper joined AGCO from Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Illinois. She received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Marquette University, where she also taught as an adjunct professor.
