Third Quarter Dividend
In a press release dated August 23 2024, the Company announced that the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 cents per share for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable on Monday, September 23, 2024 to the holders of Company common stock and on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 to the holders of the Company's Swedish Depository Receipts. The dividend payments will be made to holders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
A copy of the press release dated August 23, 2024 regarding the third quarter dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

Autoliv Declares Quarterly Dividend
(Stockholm, Sweden, August 23, 2024) – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV.sdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 68 cents for the third quarter of 2024.
To holders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, September 4, the dividend will be payable on:
•Monday, September 23, 2024, to holders of Autoliv common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (Common Stock); and
•Tuesday, September 24, 2024, to holders of Autoliv Swedish Depository Receipts listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (SDRs).
The ex-date will be:
• Wednesday, September 4, for holders of Common Stock; and
• Tuesday, September 3, for holders of SDRs.
