New EAGLE II Contract to Support Comprehensive IT Service Delivery

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract in the first quarter of its FY14, which ended September 30, 2013, to support the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program. The seven-year (five-year base period and a two-year option period), multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract expands CACI’s presence in its Enterprise IT market.

EAGLE II will provide the DHS with IT support services in three functional categories and CACI received an award in the Unrestricted Track of Functional Category 1 (FC1), Service Delivery. The purpose of FC1 is to provide a full range of services and products in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the DHS mission and business functions across the entire lifecycle of a program.

Under EAGLE II, CACI may offer a wide range of solutions and services for DHS and its various components. These offerings include support for system design, development, implementation, and integration; software design and development; and operations and maintenance solutions, processes, and procedures.

John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, “This new work under the Department of Homeland Security’s EAGLE II contract demonstrates our broad end-to-end capabilities in support of major agency-wide programs. Through our work across many of DHS’s components on EAGLE, the predecessor to this contract, CACI has contributed to the agency’s ability to meet its diverse goals and missions.”

According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury, “Protecting the homeland and supporting agencies entrusted with this critical responsibility are always top priorities for all of us at CACI. Since the inception of the DHS, CACI has served as a strategic partner for the agency’s mission-critical initiatives, so we are pleased for this continuing vote of confidence in our people and our solutions. Supporting EAGLE II substantiates our ongoing contribution to national security as well as our proven expertise across the Enterprise IT arena.”
