CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today it was selected as a prime contractor by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide professional paralegal and related services in support of the SEC’s Business Management Unit (BMU). Through the BMU, CACI will also support the Division of Enforcement (ENF) and Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) at the SEC’s Washington, D.C. home office and 11 regional offices. This five-year (one base plus four option years) multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a ceiling value of $193 million and represents new work in CACI’s Investigation & Litigation Support (ILS) market area. As part of CACI’s selection to support the SEC, the company was also awarded the first task order on the contract, valued at $61 million.
