presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics
portal and industry ranking provider.

America’s Best Employers for New Grads were identified based on
an independent survey of over 100,000 young professionals at U.S.
companies from all industry sectors with at least 1,000 employees.
Participants were asked whether they would recommend their company
to others and rated their current employers on criteria including
compensation, benefits, opportunities for advancement, work
environment, flexibility, company image and inclusion. Additional
data was gathered via publicly available company information and
was analyzed using a scoring model.
