Chili's Grill & Bar Welcomes Michael Dzura as Chief Operating Officer DALLAS, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chili's Grill & Bar, the flagship brand of Brinker International (NYSE:EAT), has named Michael Dzura Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will oversee operations for all company-owned Chili's locations in the United States. Dzura joins Brinker after nearly 14 years with YUM! Brands, Inc., where he was most recently Vice President of Operations for KFC, with responsibilities for 1,275 company and franchise locations in the company's central U.S. division. Prior to assuming that role in 2003, he held positions in the company's Taco Bell Southwest Region office as Director of Operations, Franchise Business Manager and Market Manager. Earlier in his career, he held numerous operations, sales and brand management positions during his 10 years with Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. "Mike will play a crucial role in keeping Chili's focused squarely on operational excellence and superior guest satisfaction, which will help us continue to meet the evolving needs and expectations of our customers," said Wilson Craft, Chili's President.
