DALLAS, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Romano's Macaroni Grill
customers across the country will raise their glasses this October
as the brand celebrates serving its 100 millionth glass of house
wine. On Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m., managers at 225 locations nationwide
will lead a simultaneous toast to the much-loved house wine
tradition. An important part of the Romano's Macaroni Grill dining
experience since the first restaurant opened in Leon Springs,
Texas, in 1988, house wine is served in a stemless tumbler common
to eateries in Italy. "As we pause to commemorate this milestone in
Romano's Macaroni Grill history, we want to express our heartfelt

Glass of House Wine" milestone, participating restaurants will roll
back the cost of house wine to the original 1988 price each Tuesday
in October. The celebration, which runs through Oct. 31, also
includes a contest for patrons with a grand prize trip for two to
Italy. Additionally, one lucky winner at each location will win
free dinner for two at Romano's Macaroni Grill each month for a
