The board of directors (the “Board”) of MINISO Group Holding Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, for the purpose of considering and approving, inter alias, (i) the unaudited financial results of the Company for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and its publication, (ii) the unaudited interim financial results of the Company for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and its publication in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and (iii) the declaration and payment of dividend, if any.
