Global steel giant ArcelorMittal (MT) and Canada's Nunavut Iron Ore Acquisition Inc. said Monday they increased the shares of Baffinland Iron mines Corporation through their outstanding tender offer and now hold about 90% of Baffinland.

ArcelorMittal and Nunavut expanded their tender offer until Feb. 17, ArcelorMittal said Monday in a statement.
